Add's a custom AI system. This system replaces the game's own special round system, to allow any AI to be added to special rounds, as well as allowing said AI to be spawned during regular rounds, akin to dogs spawning on regular rounds on the Giant etc.

This system is a dependancy of all of my AI going forward.
