A basic randomizer script that shuffles all perks on round start

This script is useful for if:

- You have more machines on your map than good spots for them

- You want random machine locations on startup

- You enjoy the chaos of people losing track of perks

Place extra machines out of bounds / sight and all machines will randomize locations on round start

The more perks you have on your map, the longer it will take for their hintstrings to update
