Update:
Added bl3 animation export support
Added partial cast export support / animations currently dont export correctly.
Changed how models/materials/textures export. They not export in a single folder with everything contained in that folder
so:
_images (folder containing all material folders with textures inside its material folder)
model files
basically now exports everything similer to saluki/greyhound.

This build allows you to export _export format for models and animations to be used in black ops 3.
There is a auto export to bin as you export but you need to go into the settings > Models
choose xmodel_export
then provide the path to the export2bin in your bo3 root/bin folder.
Once thats done everytime you save / export a model/anim it will auto convert the export to bin cleaning up the exports after.
Notes:
If a model or animation doesnt export this is nothing to do with me this is fmodels issue.
I will be keeping the repo uptodate with all the fmodel and cu4parse latest builds.
