This perk set adds 5 revised perk shaders (Either based on Cold War (Updated PHD, Mule Kick, and Double Tap), or BO3 (Electric Cherry and Widow's WIne) and 3 new shaders based on the Black Ops 2 Perks that didn't make it into the pack.
